Our delivery time is 1 -3 working day’s for stock item’s. *NOTICE THAT THERE CAN BE SOME DELAYS. THE TRACK&TRACE WILL BE UPDATED.

ORDER PROCESSING
We strive to process and ship orders within 1 business day. Please note that shipping times may be longer after a new collection launch or during sale periods due to high order volumes. Rest assured, our team works hard to dispatch all orders quickly.
ADDRESS CHANGES & TRACKING
Once an order is placed, the shipping address can only be changed if you contact us through WhatsApp. You will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to track your package. Tracking information may not be available until the next working day after the carrier has processed your order.
If you haven’t received your order, check with neighbors or look for a delivery note. If the Track & Trace code shows delivery but you haven’t received anything, please contact us through WhatsApp.
